Isa Emergency Services Membership

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Only one membership per person is permitted.
  2. Membership of the Emergency Services Member (ESM) system is free.
  3. The Isa Hotel and/or Red Earth Hotel may refuse any application for membership.
  4. The Isa Hotel and/or Red Earth Hotel may terminate a membership in the Member Program without notice for any reason including, without limitation, if the member:
    • Fails to comply with these membership terms and conditions.
    • Abuses any privilege accorded to the member under the Member Program.
    • Supplies any misleading information or makes any misrepresentations.
    • No membership activity is recorded on the card for a period longer than six (6) months.
  5. The decisions of management in relation to the operation of the Member Program are final.
  6. Emergency Services Membership Cards are not credit or charge cards, are not transferable and remain the property of The Isa Hotel and/or Red Earth Hotel.

Points

  1. Points cannot be transferred.
  2. Only one membership card redemption per transaction.
  3. Points are accumulated for each Membership Category: QPS, QAS, QFD, SES, Hospital Staff and RFDS. Points are not accumulated for individual persons.
  4. Points can be redeemed during the month of November or December for a membership category function held at the Isa Hotel or the Red Earth Hotel.
  5. Food and Beverage points are earned at 5 points per dollar spent. Points cannot be earned on Gaming, Accommodation or Retail purchases.
  6. Points can only be earned on a membership card for individual purchases, i.e. no company chargeback can be used towards membership points earning.
  7. 100 points = $1 AUD
  8. Points will expire automatically twelve (12) months after the point accrual date.
  9. Management reserves the right to adjust all points of any member resulting from malfunction, operation error or any kind of misrepresentation.
  10. Management holds no responsibility for loss of points due to the malfunction of the membership points system.
  11. Members of the Emergency Services Member (ESM) Program are issued their card free of charge.
  12. Management is not responsible for any loss or damages incurred by members, directly or indirectly relating to their membership card.
  13. Members must be over 18 years of age to participate in the Member Program.
  14. It is the card holder’s responsibility to notify the venue of any change of address, or if any card is lost, stolen or damaged.
  15. Member benefits and privileges are determined by The Isa Hotel and/or Red Earth Hotel and may vary or change without notice.
  16. Friday Member’s Night – Red Earth, promotional cocktail price available from 8:30pm to 9:30pm.
  17. Saturday Member’s Night – ISA, promotional spirit price available from 8:00pm to 9:00pm.
  18. Only one discount will applied per transaction.
  19. This Member Program is conducted in accordance with The Isa Hotel and/or Red Earth Hotel Privacy Policy. This policy complies with the Privacy Act and relates to the collection, storage and use of personal member information. A copy of the policy may be reviewed upon request.
  20. Use of your membership card indicates acceptance of the Rules, Terms and Conditions as stated above.
