MIH OP CO PTY LIMITED trading as Isa Hotel will award a $750 Redballoon voucher and $250 Isa Hotel voucher to a single member who signs up to the Isa Rewards program up during December 2022. A 10% discount on food and beverage purchases will also be offered to all Isa Rewards members in the month of January 2023.
THE COMPETITION– BECOME A MEMBER TO WIN
1. Competition entries will commence 10am 1 Thursday December 2022. To enter this competition and be eligible to win, a participant must become a member of the Isa Rewards program between 10am 1 Thursday December 2022 and 5pm Saturday 31 December 2022.
THE PROMOTION – 10% OFF FOOD & BEVERAGE PURCHASES
1. This promotion includes 10% off food & beverage purchases and will commence 10am Sunday 1 January 2023 and finish 8pm Tuesday 31 January 2023. To receive take part in this promotion, a participant must be successfully signed up to the Isa Rewards program. Retail purchases are excluded from this promotion and will remain full priced.
HOW TO ENTER & REDEMPTION
1. Sign up to our Isa Rewards program between 10am 1 Thursday December 2022 and 5pm Saturday 31 December 2022.
2. To sign up, head in to the venue to collect & complete a membership form. Once completed, hand to a staff member to finalise. Please allow 24 hours after sign up before collecting your card in venue. For more information see our Isa Rewards Terms and Conditions.
3. Only one membership sign up per person and one competition entry per person.
4. To sign up to the Isa Rewards program you must be 18 years or older.
5. To be successful, a registrant must complete in full and submit a membership sign up form by 5pm Saturday 31 December 2022, and must redeem the prize before 5pm Monday 31 July 2023.
6. The winner will be drawn and contacted on Wednesday 4 January 2023 via their nominated email address.
7. To redeem the 10% food and beverage discount, the participant must be a successfully registered member of the Isa Rewards program and purchases must be made between 10am Sunday 1 January 2023 and 8pm Tuesday 31 January 2023
8. Isa Hotel takes no responsibility for entries that cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason whatsoever. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by the Isa Hotel.
9. The selected winner will receive the Redballoon voucher via their designated email and the Isa Hotel voucher is to be collected from the venue.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

6. Offer available in conjunction with normal operating conditions and hours of the Isa Hotel.
7. By signing up to the program, you agree to receive any promotional material from the Isa Hotel.
8. Participants may opt-out of Isa Hotel’s database at any time.
9. To be eligible to win the competition, the participant must be a registered member of the Isa Rewards program by 5pm Saturday 31 December 2022.
10. The winner will be drawn and contacted on Wednesday 4 January 2023 via their nominated email address.
11. Employees of Isa Hotel and their families are not eligible to enter.
12. Promoter MIH OP CO PTY LIMITED trading as Isa Hotel reserves the right to redraw the unredeemed prize to new registrants.
13. By accepting these terms and conditions, the successful registrants agree to Isa Hotel’s privacy policy and allow Isa Hotel to publish their first name on Isa Hotel’s social media pages and that the Isa Hotel is removed from any and all liabilities that may arise from the use of the promotional stock.
14. Offer applies to registrants in a post code within 250km of the Isa Hotel (4720).
LIABILITY
1. The Promoter and any companies associated with this competition, accept no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered [including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss] or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any item gained via the promotional stock except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the promotional stock or the use thereof. It is the responsibility of each entrant to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on their own financial situation.
3. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, then it will be suspended subject to approval.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities where required.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Promotion and not award the promotional stock where circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control prevent the Promoter from providing the promotional stock. Should the Promoter cancel the Promotion the Promoter will:

6. If all or any part of any term or condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision [or part thereof] shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
7. Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of all conditions of entry.
